In the video you can see Ramón Martínez being detained by the State Civil Guard, who ask him to check his truck, which they argue is armored and has bullet holes, so the mayor refuses and tells them no outright. asking the elements to leave the place, telling them:

The events occurred in the past Sunday October 13 in the morning, right in front of the mayor’s home, so you can hear him say to them:

“I am not committing any crime… It has been days since we were in government, which is the same as always, and the vehicles without numbers of the State Civil Guard.”
