The authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan have increased restrictions related to COVID-19, which will operate from October 30 to November 7. The corresponding changes were made to the decree on high alert in connection with the coronavirus.

Thus, in the region, a ban is introduced on the holding of entertainment and entertainment events with the participation of more than 30 people. Also, the work of catering establishments is limited from 11 pm to 6 am. At the same time, cafes and restaurants will be able to sell products at a specified time using delivery.

In addition, children’s playrooms and entertainment centers will be closed in the republic. Cultural and healthcare institutions will continue to work as usual.

For residents over the age of 60, as well as people with chronic diseases, a mandatory self-isolation regime has been introduced. Also, these categories of citizens must be transferred to a remote mode of operation.

However, vaccinated employees are encouraged to have two days off with pay.

On October 28, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that, on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the department is stepping up assistance to Russian regions in the fight against coronavirus. Thus, the regions received more than 347 tons of liquefied oxygen for medical institutions.

A day earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, emphasized that the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 is now observed in 32 regions of Russia.

The difficult epidemiological situation in the regions was also announced by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. According to him, it is necessary to increase the rate of vaccination of the population, otherwise it will be impossible to cope with the infection.

The decree on the introduction of non-working days in the country from October 30 to November 7 with the preservation of wages was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 20 due to the difficult epidemiological situation. At the same time, the regions can, if necessary, introduce non-working days from October 23 and extend them after November 7.

A large-scale vaccination has been taking place in Russia since January. Citizens are vaccinated free of charge and voluntarily. Five vaccines against coronavirus have been registered in the country: Sputnik V, which became the first vaccine against COVID-19 in the Russian Federation and the world, as well as Sputnik Light, EpiVacCorona, EpiVacCorona-N and KoviVak.
