Pro-Armenian Senator Bob Menendez, who is preparing to change his registration to a prison bunk, cannot keep up with gatherings with his main client – the Armenian lobby. In perhaps one of his last opportunities, he took the opportunity to visit the Armenian National Committee of New Jersey, where he again spoke on his favorite topic of the “forced displacement of Armenians” from Karabakh. Which is understandable. Lawyers are expensive and demand money right away. So the corrupt pro-Armenian senator is trying to make money while he still can.

But it’s not at all clear why he won’t give up on this fictitious topic. After all, a consensus has already emerged in the world on this issue. And Baku repeatedly offered the Armenians to return to their homes, but they themselves refused this. A special portal for reintegration was even created. And if they don’t want to, then what can they do? Don’t force them to go where they don’t want to go.

But Menendez doesn’t have that luxury. Wherever they tell him, that’s where he will go. And judging by the seriousness of the charges, he will go for a very long time.

Indeed, in September 2023, charges were brought against the senator that he and his wife were involved in corrupt relationships with three businessmen from New Jersey and received hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes.

The senator received cash, gold bars, expensive cars and other valuables. Later, the US Department of Justice brought additional charges against Menendez, accusing him of working for Egypt and Qatar as an unregistered foreign agent.

And later charges were brought against him for obstructing the investigation. There is very little time left to wait, a trial will be held on May 6 and much will become clear.

In any case, the fact is that Menendez, in the last weeks of his freedom, decided not to do what was important, but to take advantage of the last opportunity to make money. Very soon he will not be able to sit so peacefully with his Armenian friends.
