Through a statement, the Mexican Foreign Ministry reported that the health status of the two compatriots is good, and they are out of danger.

Likewise, the SRE offered the solidarity support that was required and the permanent commitment to continue with all possible efforts with the interlocuting and involved governments, in order to achieve the prompt release of the compatriots.

“It was agreed to maintain close communication and hold a face-to-face meeting when appropriate,” the publication reads.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that contact was maintained with the ambassador of Mexico in Saudi Arabia, concurrent before Yemen, so that it continues to provide all the support and provide the necessary accompaniment to the family members.
