MICEPP-CGEM: consultation meeting to study the strategic alignment of the CRIs

Casablanca – The Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies (MICEPP) and the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) held, Friday in Casablanca, a consultation meeting as part of the study of the strategic alignment of Regional Investment Centers (CRI), conducted by MICEPP.

This meeting, attended by the CGEM Regions, the Federations and the CGEM Commissions, represents a first step in a series of meetings between the MICEPP and the CGEM, indicates a press release from the CGEM.

It aims to ensure convergence and co-construct pragmatic solutions which will enrich the aforementioned study by taking into account, in particular, regional specificities, adds the same source, noting that the private sector being at the heart of this policy, Their support is essential to the success of this project.

A new level of CRI reform is underway as part of strengthening the strategic role of CRIs as facilitators and catalysts for investment at the territorial level, in accordance with the High Guidelines of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, who called CRIs to supervise the entire investment process and increase its efficiency.

This new level of reform aims to define the new positioning of the CRIs and to outline their roadmap, while capitalizing on the achievements made within the framework of Law 47-18.
