The Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that in 2023, there would be 53,598 cases from 35,149 cases in 2022.

Andy expressed this when the Directorate for the Protection of Indonesian Citizens under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Indonesian Justitia Madani Integrity Foundation (IJMI Foundation), held a National Seminar “United for Justice: End Human Trafficking and Forced Labor” some time ago.

“However, amidst the continuing increase in the number of cases, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also continues to increase the percentage of case resolution, reaching 90.28 percent in 2021, 91.50 percent in 2022, and 92.02 percent in 2023,” said Andy as quoted in Jakarta, Saturday (6/4).
