Thiruvananthapuram: The conductor who misbehaved with a passenger while issuing a ticket has been sacked from KSRTC. The action is against PP Anil, the conductor of the Vaikom depot.

The incident took place on a bus leaving Vaikom in November 2020. The passenger was unnecessarily touched while paying the ticket and paying the balance. The passenger lodged a complaint at the Vellore police station. The case was registered and Anil was remanded. KSRTC had issued a notice to Anil, who was suspended at the time. He was dismissed last day after completing the procedures.
