In this video entitled “The trilogy | Episode 1: The project”, he returns to his activity after his defeat against Poirier before announcing his return at the end of the video.
After answering several questions about his form and his last MMA fight, “God of War” gave the details of his return. “What’s your next deadline?” » reads the 28-year-old fighter. “You know me, I don’t like to wait and I like to be active,” he replied before explaining that he will do a professional grappling fight, organized by the ADXC. An organization based in Abu Dhabi and which organizes a two-year tour around the world before returning to the United Arab Emirates “to crown the ultimate winner”, it writes on its website.
Facing an opponent who remains to be determined
The ADXC presents several combat disciplines such as judo, sumo, sambo, ju-jitsu and even grappling for Benoît Saint-Denis. “We are going to have an opponent who will be there to provide resistance and to put on a show,” announces “BSD” without giving the name of the one he will face in the cage. His identity is not yet known.
It will not be the Armenian Arman Tsarukyan, ranked number 1 among lightweights in MMA, who was expected after announcing this fight in a podcast. “I’m going to prepare really hard to give you a good show,” promises Benoît Saint-Denis.
