Beyond this data, official sources examine the success of the Mitransfer wallet, launched in February of this year, an option that, supposedly, improved the accessibility and reach of the platform, and users could make payments in a more “comfortable and secure” way.
In this sense, a few days ago, they launched a new version of the application. The update “1.231109†offers new options for clients of national banks, we are talking about BANDEC, Metropolitano de La Habana and BPA.
The name of the MiTransfer Wallet was changed to just MiTransfer, without the word “Bolsa” and payments for visits and heritage tours are allowed in historical places such as: Cañónazo de las Nueve, the Castle of the Three Kings of Morro , the San Carlos de la Cabaña Fortress, the Granma Memorial, Che’s House, the Havana Lighthouse, the Santo Domingo de Atarés Castle and the La Real Fuerza Castle.
