More than 800 thousand tests for coronavirus were carried out by doctors in the Smolensk region

In the Smolensk region, 83,877 cases of COVID-19 were detected. Health workers conducted 803,170 laboratory tests for the presence of coronavirus. Medical supervision was removed from 130369 people. This was reported in the regional Rospotrebnadzor on December 25.

According to the latest data, 7056 people remain under medical supervision for COVID-19 in the Smolensk region, of which 5901 are in self-isolation. The remaining 1,155 Smolyans are being treated for coronavirus in hospitals. Over the past day, 212 cases of infection were found in the Smolensk region.
