The presidential election process Morena in it State of Mexico (Edomex) has already begun, some of the candidates are already preparing and have met with different municipal and regional leaders.
Rafael Estradaone of the strongest candidates and who served as Technical Secretary of Morena, met this week with the national president of that party, Luisa María Alcalde. However, more meetings with other contenders are expected.
On the shortlist as potential candidates for the presidency of Morena in it Edomex Also mentioned are the Secretary of Culture and Tourism of the State of Mexico, Nayely Carrasco; the municipal president of Valle de Chalco, Armando García; and the *president-elect of Naucalpan de Juárez, Isaac Montoya.
Each of these political actors has a solid track record within the party and has been mentioned in leadership conversations.
The selection process for Morena’s new state leadership in the State of Mexico is close to completion, and the party is expected to announce its decision in the coming days.
