Morocco denounces and strongly condemns the Israeli raid against a Palestinian camp near Rafah (responsible source at the MAE)
Rabat – The Kingdom of Morocco denounces and strongly condemns the raid carried out by the Israeli army against a camp housing more than 100,000 displaced Palestinians near the city of Rafah and which left dozens of civilians dead and injured, in flagrant violation of International Law and International Humanitarian Law, indicated a responsible source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad.
The Kingdom, whose Sovereign, HM King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, chairs the Al Quds Committee, underlines the importance of complying with the decision of the International Court of Justice calling on Israel to immediately cease its military operations in Rafah, while reiterating its call for an immediate and lasting ceasefire, to guarantee protection to the Palestinians and to ensure the secure and unimpeded delivery of humanitarian and relief aid on a large scale in the Strip. Gaza, via all crossing points, including the Rafah crossing point, added the same source.
