Moscow: As the investigation into the horrific terrorist attack near the Russian capital Moscow is progressing, shocking information is coming to light. According to the Sunday Guardian report, input from Russian security agencies said that the attackers were recruited by an extremist of Tajik origin. They had received the order for the attack through a security agency in Turkey. After the attack, their plan was to go to Turkey via Ukraine, where they were to be handed over to ISIS-KP. However, Russian agencies did not name the security agency.
