Subordinate to the Moscow government, the State Public Institution “Road Traffic Organization Center” (TsODD) planned to order 150 complexes, it follows from the terms of reference.
The supplier should have been identified by November 1, but by October 30 no bids had been submitted. The auction was declared invalid, according to the protocol. A representative from the Data Center declined to comment.
