The company offers climatic systems designed to service areas from 20 sq. m (the cost of renting such a device is 4999 rubles per year) up to 50 sq. m and more (6999 rubles). After 5-7 years of such payments (depending on the terms of the contract), the air conditioner becomes the property of the user. During the season (summer and early September), MTS plans to provide up to 10,000 air conditioners by subscription, says Merkutov.
If the client intends to abandon the split system in the first two years of the lease, he will have to pay the operator 150% of the annual subscription cost (that is, almost 7,500 rubles in the cheapest configuration). In case of refusal in the 3rd-7th year, you will have to pay the annual rental cost of the device, that is, at least 4999 rubles. Naturally, the equipment will have to be returned.
