After establishing good relations with Bhagwal Singh, Shafi told them that there was a Siddhan in Perumbavoor and his name was Rasheed. Bhagwal convinces Singh and Laila that it is good to meet Rasheed and it will bring more wealth and prosperity to the family.
Then, through a fake account called Sridevi, Shafi handed over his own mobile number saying that it was the number of Siddhan named Rasheed. After being contacted by Bhagwal Singh, Shafi went to Bhagwal Singh’s house. Became acquainted with Bhagwal Singh’s family and formed a good friendship. Shafi convinced them that human sacrifice would bring more wealth and prosperity. Shafi told Bhagwal Singh that Sridevi is a person who has such qualities. Bhagwal Singh sent a message to Sridevi’s Facebook account to find out if this is true. But Bhagwal Singh did not know that Shafi was handling the account in the name of Sridevi.
