Sajjad Hossain is the new hero of Dhaka cinema. He made his film debut with the movie ‘MR Nine-Masood Rana’. This time he joined a new movie called ‘Half Moon’. The official announcement came through the release of a mysterious poster.
On Wednesday (February 28) afternoon, UK production company TBR Multimedia released a poster of the movie on its Facebook page. The light of the mystery is found as soon as you see it. The released dark poster features two faces. Only the hero’s face is clear, the heroine’s face is unclear; As if surrounded by mystery. This is because the people involved in the movie want to keep the heroine in this movie under wraps for the time being.
It is known that young director Fayez Ahmed will produce the movie under the banner of UK production company TBR Multimedia. He said, ‘Half Moon’ will be made based on true events. But it will be presented cinematically in a slightly different way on the screen. Where there is no action, viewers will find a kind of thriller, suspense, romance and family story. Which everyone can connect easily.
Meanwhile, the debutant hero Sajjad commented, ‘MR Nine – Masood Rana’ started my journey in cinema. The character is small but very important. So always want to involve myself with different kind of work. Even if the number is less, the quality can be maintained. For this reason, a lot of thinking has to be done. Preparations are going on to suit yourself with the character. I hope I can appear on the screen with something good.
The movie ‘Half Moon’ will be produced in both English and Bengali versions. The script of the movie is written by Yemeni Hatim Mania, who works as a script writer in Hollywood movies. Apart from this, the country’s popular screenwriter Nazim Ud Daula has worked on its Bengali version. If everything goes well, the shooting will begin in July, will continue in Bangladesh, London and South Africa.
