The operator Nar, which pays special attention to social projects, in collaboration with the Public Association “Support for the Hearing Impaired” (“Karlara Dəstək” İB) is launching courses in the specialty of fashion designer for people with speech and hearing impairments. The goal of the project, implemented with the support of a mobile operator, is to promote the professional integration of these people into society, contributing to their future career and financial independence.
As part of the project, three-month courses will be organized for people with speech and hearing impairments aged 18 to 40 under the guidance of an experienced fashion designer. These classes will not only help develop the professional skills of the participants, but also strengthen their self-confidence. Successful completion of the courses will receive certificates issued by the Center for Vocational and Labor Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, which will expand their employment opportunities in the future.
It should be noted that the “Training School” project from Nar took first place in the category “Best Project in the Field of Corporate Social Responsibility” at the prestigious international competition Eventiada IPRA Golden World Awards 2019.
