DMK leader Stalin gave new Rs100 note to DMK volunteers
Every year on the occasion of Pongal, it is customary for the party’s volunteers to meet DMK chief M.K. Stalin and greet him. As usual, DMK volunteers had come to the residence in Alwarpet, Chennai to wish Pongal Thirunal this year as well. After greeting the party workers, DMK President M.K. Stalin gifted all the new 100 rupee notes.
During the tenure of DMK’s former president Karunanidhi, such a meeting of volunteers used to be held every Pongal. Then he will give Rs.100 note as a gift to all the party workers. The DMK workers will keep it safe without spending any money.
At the same time, some volunteers frame the currency note and keep it in the living room of their house. In the same manner, the present DMK President M.K. Stalin wished Pongal by gifting new Rs.100 notes to the party’s volunteers. The Kazhagam siblings were excited to receive Rs 100 notes from the hands of DMK President Stalin.
