New specific incidents with luggage on the third day of Iberia’s ‘handling’

The third day of strike by Iberia’s ground staff has ended with isolated incidents due to the loss of bags, according to the airline. The unions USO, UGT and CCOO predict “a major problem” with luggage, since on Saturday there were still 750 suitcases at airports of origin.

Specifically, this Sunday a flight between Bilbao and Palma left without the passengers’ bags.

For its part, Iberia has reiterated that, despite the specific problems caused by the strike, the flights have left “with fluidity”. The company has put this Sunday’s tracking at 20.2%. Tomorrow Monday will be the fourth and last day of the work stoppage.
