Next month, Honor will launch its first tablet with IMAX Enhanced support

The IMAX Enhanced standard should bring the immersive experience of visiting an IMAX cinema to the home user. To date, it has been incorporated into several televisions, but according to Honor, it has managed to minimize and cheapen the technology so that it will include it in its next tablet, the Tablet V8 Pro.

According to reports, the company’s new tablet is supposed to be presented and even launched within the next month, of course in preparation for the international holiday season.

Tablet V8 Pro will arrive about a year and a half after the company launched its predecessor, V7 Pro, and like it will come with a wraparound package that includes a keyboard cover and a stand as well as an electronic pen, but the screen will increase from 11 to 12.1 inches – similar to the trend of increasing screens in most major tablet manufacturers The market – and will offer a 2K resolution with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, as in the previous generation.

Also according to reports, while the previous tablet was based on a processor from the Kompanio family dedicated to MediaTek tablets/mini computers, the V8 Pro should be based on the Dimensity 8100, the high mid-market processor in the phone universe offered by the processor manufacturer.
