jpnn.comJAKARTA – Political observer from the Citra Institute Efriza asked all political elites and elements of society not to make noise and continue to maintain conduciveness after the appointment of Prabowo Subianto – Gibran Rakabuming Raka as president and vice president-elect in the 2024 presidential election.

According to Efriza, the defeated political elite needs to emulate Prabowo’s chivalrous attitude in facing whatever the outcome of a political candidacy is.

Therefore, political elites and community groups do not need to encourage their sympathizers to take to the streets and respect the best decisions of the Constitutional Court.

“They should not apply pressure or carry out psywars or make efforts to encourage negative opinions and negative things that put pressure on the KPU, Bawaslu or the Constitutional Court,” said Efriza, Friday (26/4/2024).

Furthermore, Efriza said that if the supporters of 01 and 03 were consistent with the ethics they questioned in court, then they should be able to maintain democratic ethics by respecting the Constitutional Court’s decision.

“If we talk about what was done or requested by those from 01 and 03, it talks about ethics, democratic ethics. They are not ethical in democracy and they also ignore the voice of the people. “This means they are people who are hungry for power in various ways,” said Efriza.

Efriza said that what is needed now is political maturity and statesmanship of the presidential and vice presidential candidates and political elites who can serve as role models for society.

It would be better, said Efriza, the Constitutional Court’s decision to be final and binding so that there is no need for further action, just treat it as a period of calm.
