Nottingham Forest club succeeded in concluding a special deal from the German League, by including one of the Borussia Dortmund stars, a few hours before the end of the winter transfer period for the 2023-2024 season.
Nottingham announced, in an official statement, its contract with American Giovanni Reyna, coming from Borussia Dortmund, on loan until the end of the season.
Press reports reported that the agreement between Nottingham and Dortmund stipulates the possibility of the English club purchasing the player for a price ranging between 15 and 20 million euros.
The English club explained that the 21-year-old American international will wear the number 20 shirt with his new team.
It is noteworthy that Reina played 121 matches for Dortmund since joining them in 2019, with whom he was crowned German Cup champion in 2021.
Nottingham Forest ranks 16th in the Premier League standings with 20 points.
