Kirill Despodov made an excellent goal with a free kick just 1-0 in the 35th minute, beating Christogeorgos. The Cretans, however, endured and in the second half within two minutes they “turned” the game.

In the 77th minute, Taxiarchis Fountas made the spot kick from close range, after a nice turn by Salsidos, for 1-1. It was Salcido who made it 2-1 in the 79th minute, capitalizing on Kotarski’s failure to hold the ball.
In the standings, PAOK is in second place with 17 points to -1 from the leader Aris. OFI climbed to 14 points and is in 6th place at -1 out of the top four.
In the next day, Lamia will host PAOK (3/11, 20:30), while OFI will face Asteras Tripoli AKTOR at Theodoros Kolokotronis (4/11, 17:30).
The game
From the first minute of the match, PAOK was in possession, with OFI he presses in the middle of the field and also tries to build his attacks, mainly in the direct transfer. In the 12th minute, Schwab took the lead, after a corner from the right, and the ball went high.

PAOK came close to scoring their second goal in the 73rd minute. Christogeorgos saved Tyson’s shot, while Otto then kept the ball past Karachalios. In the 74th minute, Milan Rastavac faced Salcidos on the field and changed the game.
In the 77th minute, Salcido moved well, Tyson passed, made a turn in the area and then Fountas scored from close range to make it 1-1. Two minutes later, the Cretans pulled off the final upset. Riera takes a free kick from the right, filling the area. Kotarski failed to block and Salcido sent the ball into the net from close range for 2-1.
PAOK tried to respond in the last minutes, but did not get the big chance. In 86′ he got it net, after Tyson’s shot, after Murg’s counter. But Austria was exposed. Until the final, Christogeorgos was there, whenever he was needed for OFI’s big double.
