Older people are the backbone of our society. With their wisdom, accumulated experience and unyielding spirit, they care for the prosperity not only of the young, but of all of us. This was stated by Georgi Georgiev from GERB on his official Facebook profile.

“In the management program of GERB, we place a special emphasis on the support of the silver economy and the active inclusion of pensioners in public and working life,” he commented.

“Among our priorities are: Stimulating employers and retirees to participate in flexible and innovative forms of work and training in digital skills, promoting the transfer of knowledge between generations through special programs to manage differences and creating a single portal for retired professionals, where their expertise can be used by business”.

“With Kostadin Dimitrov – the mayor of Plovdiv, we had the pleasure of visiting the exhibition of the pensioners’ club “Young Hearts”, part of the “60+” project. This project inspires the elderly to participate in various forms of art and culture, while supporting them in learning of digital skills”, added Georgiev.

“The project is an excellent example of how the elderly can be active participants in the cultural life of Plovdiv and contribute to its development,” he said.

“For security and stability, vote for GERB-SDS with number 18 on the ballot on October 27”.
