On Christmas Eve, SSC delivers gifts to children in CDMX

The Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) made the gift giving to children in vulnerable situations in the Gustavo A. Madero mayor’s office in CDMX.

In order to generate a link with the population, the Secretariat of Citizen Security, together with the Undersecretary of Citizen Participation and Crime Prevention and the program “Sponsor a Sphere 2024”gave gifts to boys and girls from the “SOS Children’s Villages” foundation in the Rosas del Tepeyac neighborhood.

Accompanied by the authorities, Chief Commissioner Paulina Salazar Patiño, led the children and explained the work of the police, who stressed that they are agents in the service of the population.

The infants, grateful for their gifts, offered a few words of gratitude to the uniformed men and reciprocally, the “Wise Men” dressed in blue, expressed gratitude to the children.

The event was enlivened by the SSC Musical Patrol Orchestra who gave a festive touch to the celebration and at the same time, police officers performed origami and balloon twisting with the children.

With the installation of a zip line, the little ones carried out activities in said game under the supervision of police officers, promoting the value of respect.
