LE FIGARO. – With its 19,000 m²and its 591 doctors and researchers, the Imagine Institute has significant resources to tackle rare diseases. Why is this mobilization necessary?

P^r Stanislas Lyonnet. – There is an apparent paradox with rare diseases. The term applies when less than one birth in two thousand is concerned, which is low.
