Tunisian idol Ons Jabeur, an unfortunate finalist at the US Open on Saturday, will play a WTA circuit tournament in his country for the first time in October, the president of the Tunisian Federation (FTT) confirmed on Monday.
The world number 2 will participate in this tournament recently registered on the WTA calendar (250), which will take place in Monastir (east) from October 3 to 9, told AFP the leader of the FTT, Salma Mouelhi.
Adored in her country, Ons Jabeur, 28, will evolve on this occasion for the first time on her land during a tournament of the WTA circuit.
