(Anusha Jafari) FIA Immigration’s major operation at Karachi Airport uncovered an organized gang involved in human trafficking, sending citizens to Europe by sea.
According to the details, FIA Immigration has taken action at Karachi Airport and detained 2 passengers coming from abroad, the arrested passengers include Faisal Ehsan and Naeem Ahmed, the accused Faisal Ehsan illegally entered Libya. Tried to go to Europe.
According to the initial investigation, the accused contacted the agents named Nadeem and Umeer to go to Europe, the arrested accused Naeem Ahmed is the brother of the agents, the accused Naeem Ahmed was already residing in Libya, the agents granted a visit visa to the victim Faisal Ehsan. But sent to Dubai, the said agents later sent the accused from Dubai to Libya, arranged the passenger to be transported from Libya to Italy by sea, the agents in their net. According to reports, the accused paid a total of 46 lakh rupees to the said agents, tried to send the accused along with other victims from Libya to Italy by boat, but the boat met with an accident, the citizens on the boat were rescued by the Libyan Coast Guard. The FIA spokesman requested the citizens to always contact the embassy of the respective country before going abroad, and not to hand over their personal documents to an unrelated person.
