Today, Saturday, the national team intensified its training in the training centers of the Sports City in Basra, in preparation for facing the Oman national team next Tuesday at the Sultan Qaboos Stadium in Muscat.

He added, “It is hoped that tomorrow, Sunday, the national team will conduct its last training in Basra, before departing for the Sultanate of Oman at five in the evening, and then the day after tomorrow, Monday, it will conduct an official training unit at the Sultan Qaboos Stadium in Muscat.”
He continued, “The training was attended by the second vice president of the federation, Younis Mahmoud, and a member of the Iraqi federation, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, and all 26 players participated in it.”
