During the assembly of the Democratic Party of Cento, last Saturday, the members of the new secretariat and their relative delegations were officially announced. Also an opportunity to openly discuss the work done so far and the future challenges that await them. Satisfied, the municipal secretary Alessandro Cortesi immediately said that they will work by promoting values ​​of inclusiveness, equity and active participation.

The new secretariat is made up as follows. Paola Bergamini will be there for school, culture and legality; for organization and communication Enza Esposito; work and economic development go to Ivan Greghi; rights, youth and gender policies are the tasks of Elisa Benatti; Pierpaolo Busi is in charge of sport, associations and productive activities; health, health and environment go to Mattia Franceschelli and finally for transport and infrastructure the appointment is to Rosa Sandoni. Cortesi expressed his satisfaction with the composition of the team, underlining that it is “a group that reflects the diversity of the territory, embracing different genders and age groups”. The new secretariat is already at work, each focused on their own area, with the aim of examining the issues in greater depth and actively contributing to the progress of our territory.

“We wanted to create a team that best represents the needs of our community, combining skills and passion for the common good – said Cortesi – We are determined to work to get closer to our electorate and to welcome new members, listening to the needs of citizens and proposing concrete solutions. Important challenges await us for the future.” The secretariat of the Democratic Party of Cento aims to be a point of reference for the territory, promoting values ​​of inclusiveness, equity and active participation. With the contribution of each of its members, it aims to create a concrete program that meets the community’s expectations and promotes sustainable development for all. “I have dedicated the time necessary to build a high-quality team that reflects the diversity of our community in terms of gender, age and territorial origin – concludes Cortesi – a team that will successfully face the responsibilities entrusted”.
