Maha Shivratri is celebrated every year in the month of Masi at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, established by Satguru. In this case, in order to celebrate Maha Shivratri for this year, on behalf of Isha Yoga Center, invitations were given to the public to participate in a one-day program with Eason at the Gandhi Museum Grounds through Ratha Yatra Bhavani at various places in Madurai.
On the occasion of Maha Shivratri, arrangements were made at Madurai Gandhi Museum Grounds for live telecasting of Maha Shivratri celebrations held at Isha Yoga Centre. At around 6 o’clock seats were arranged all over the ground and a big LED screen was installed on which the Maha Shivratri celebration at Isha Yoga Center was telecasted live. More than 200 people participated and offered prayers. Prasadam was also provided on behalf of Isha Yoga Center for the devotees. Heavy police security has been provided as the event will be held at dawn.
