At least seven people died after heavy rains that hit Rio de Janeiro this Saturday (23). In Petrópolis, in the Serrana Region, a four-year-old child was pulled from the rubble after the house collapsed. Her father was found dead. Four other people were also found dead. The city declared an emergency.
