PNC of Guatemala dismantles eight car theft gangs

The investigative and intelligence work carried out by elements of the Department against Organized Crime, of the Specialized Criminal Investigation Division (DEIC), of the National Civil Police (PNC), has made it possible to counter theft and theft of vehicles in Guatemala.
