jpnn.comJAKARTA – Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said that presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto had ordered him to prepare the best cadres from his political party to sit in the next cabinet.
“Mr Prabowo has also ordered me to prepare a number of the best Democratic Party cadres who will help Mr (Prabowo) in the cabinet and future government,” said AHY in front of Prabowo during a gathering and breaking the fast with the Democratic Party in Jakarta, Wednesday (27/ 3) night.
AHY stated that the Democratic Party is determined to make the government a success and fulfill Prabowo Subianto’s campaign promises.
However, the Democratic Party, said AHY, will not interfere with Prabowo’s focus in preparing future work programs.
“Hopefully we can really help you to create a better Indonesia in the next five years. The stronger and more developed the country becomes. “The people will become more prosperous and more prosperous,” said AHY.
He also said that the Democratic Party had fulfilled its promise to Prabowo, namely to fight to win the number two presidential candidate in one round. In fact, he said, the Chairman of the High Council of the Democratic Party, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), also promised to go down from the mountain.
“Thank God, Pak Prabowo’s victory has given certainty to the Democratic Party’s position to return to national government in the 2024-2029 period,” said AHY.
Previously, the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU), Wednesday (20/3) evening, appointed Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the elected candidate pair in the 2024 Election with a total of 96,214,691 votes.
Prabowo Subianto is said to have asked Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono to prepare Democratic cadres for the next cabinet.
