NEW DELHI- As many as 8,089 employees belonging to three major branches of the Central Government have been promoted.
Central Secretariat Service, Central Secretariat Stenographer Service, Central Secretariat Clerk Service are the backbone of the Central Secretariat Administration. The Central Personnel and Training Department has ordered the promotion of 8,089 employees belonging to these three sections.
Regarding this, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office Jitendra Singh said: “It is regrettable that central government employees retire without getting their due promotion. Hence, Prime Minister Modi decided to promote 8,089 employees belonging to three branches of the central government. I thank him for this, he said.
According to the Central Government order, 4,734 people have been promoted in the Central Secretariat Service. It has been reported that 2,966 and 389 persons have been promoted in Central Secretariat Stenographer Service and Central Secretariat Clerk Service respectively.
