The National College of Mexican Public Brokerage (CNCPM) will intensify its actions to strengthen the development of micro, small and medium-sized businesses in the country (MSMEs) as a way to support the prosperity plan What the president intends to develop Claudia Sheinbaum.
The president of the public corridors, Eduardo Ruíz Orozco, expressed that with the government project a new opportunity opens to join efforts in favor of economic growth.

In a statement, he expressed that they share the vision of development and social justice of the incoming government, and therefore each member and as an organization will support the policies implemented by the Secretary of Economy, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, who already mentioned that he will seek to reduce the cost of formality, promote shared prosperity, support Mexican companies and accelerate the relocation of companies to strengthen the national productive fabric.
Ruíz Orozco explained that in the last national convention that public brokers had, the role they have in the economy was highlighted since they are certified professionals as public notaries, appraisers, arbitrators and mediators in legal disputes.
This means, he added, that its field of action mainly impacts the industrial and commercial sectors, as well as areas of social law.
“Starting from the idea that the functions that current legislation grants to public corridors must be exercised with a social vision, today our College seeks to generate an important connection with the new administration of the Federal Executive,” said Ruiz Orozco.
Among some of the commitments that resulted from its thirty-first convention, the promotion of shared prosperity in the national economy with the development of MSMEs that promote innovation and growth of local value chains stood out.
They also committed to developing a Comprehensive Prevention Protocol to mitigate the risk of creating “ghost companies” and “front companies” and thereby support the fight against tax evasion; create a regulatory and technological environment that democratizes the functions of the Public Corridor, to make them accessible to all sectors, with special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups and who can fully participate in the formal economy.

In addition, they will collaborate in INFONAVIT’s housing campaigns, from valuation to the formalization of low-cost financial operations, and will provide free advice to beneficiaries so that they can access a home with legal security.
They will provide free advice and outline actions and links with authorities, to encourage and accompany companies that wish to enter formality, reducing barriers and promoting an accessible and equitable business environment.
It will propose the implementation of initiatives to simplify commercial procedures for MSMEs; and will facilitate the resolution of commercial disputes through efficient and accessible mechanisms, reducing the burden on the judicial system and promoting trust in the business environment.
