The civilian population in Ukraine is suffering from massive power and water supply failures as a result of Russian attacks on the country’s infrastructure. Ukrainian President Zelensky warned that Russia has by no means given up on these tactics. “After every Russian attack, we restore the system as much as possible,” he said in his daily video address on Monday evening.

Everything is being done to bring new equipment into the country and repair the damage. “The absence of massive rocket attacks only means that the enemy is preparing for new ones and can strike at any time,” the Ukrainian leader continued. According to estimates by the Ukrainian military intelligence service, Russia still has an arsenal of around 360 cruise missiles. This would be enough for at least five waves of attacks, said spokesman Vadim Skibizky.
Putin disappears
According to British intelligence experts, the Russian leadership is concerned about growing anti-war sentiment in their country. This is indicated by the cancellation of the traditional annual press conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to the daily intelligence update from the Ministry of Defense in London on Tuesday.

“Although issues are usually considered in advance, the cancellation is likely due to growing concerns about widespread anti-war sentiment in Russia,” the Defense Ministry said. The Kremlin is “extremely sensitive to the possibility that an event attended by Putin could be subverted by unauthorized discussion of the ‘special military operation’.”
