Last night, six families of abductees arrived in Qatar with the aim of promoting a deal for the release of the abductees. In a separate incident, Hezbollah fired 8 missiles towards Israeli territory, with 4 of them being intercepted and the remaining 4 falling in open areas. In response, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) retaliated by targeting the Hezbollah headquarters and launch squads.
There has been uproar over the establishment of an investigative committee led by former Chief of Staff, Lt. Col. Shaul Mofaz. The IDF spokesman clarified that it is an internal tactical investigation of the IDF and not an investigation into the events of October 7.
