According to him, a healthy mind can have an impact on various aspects, including the body.

“For me, I think, keep my mindset, what do we mean, what is our goal for, when I have positive activities, my thoughts will definitely influence my body to be fit,” said Ricky Harun in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, Thursday (14/ 3).

“So, even if you are fasting, hungry, thirsty, stay fit, stay fit, the important thing is that your thoughts are positive,” he continued.

Apart from that, he also takes vitamins during Ramadan.

However, he admitted that he had no food restrictions during fasting.

“I can do anything (when it comes to food), but what is certain is that at dawn there must be vitamins,” said Ricky Harun.

Even though he is fasting, the actor from the soap opera Ganteng-Ganteng Wolves continues to carry out his activities as usual.
