The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) reported that with the admission of evidence it managed to have former deputy Rodolfo Parker and his family face a civil trial for illicit enrichment of more than 2 million dollars.
“With the full admission of the evidence, the FGR managed to make Rodolfo Antonio Parker Soto and his family respond in a civil trial for illicit enrichment for an amount of $2,311,138.47 dollars,” said the Prosecutor’s Office.
Parker could not justify 17 irregularities identified before the Probity section of the Supreme Court of Justice for an amount of $571,224.39 dollars.
His wife Cristina Renate Wein of Parker is attributed 13 irregularities with a value of $521,637.92
His son Andrés Rodolfo Parker Wein is accused of 39 irregularities that add up to a total of $967,777.75 dollars.
One of his daughters, Sofia Cristina Parker Wein, presented 4 irregularities valued at $81,401.19 dollars.
Another of his daughters, Katya Renate Parker Wein, has 8 irregularities valued at $169,097.22 dollars.
