Joseph Borrelhead of European diplomacy, has also commented on the attack on Odessa and says it is another “war crime” by the Kremlin.

In addition to the cathedral, Russian missiles also “caused damage to port infrastructure and at least six homes, including apartment blocks“, said the Ukrainian army.
Moscow has also reacted to the news of the last few hours. The Russian army denied that the attack on Odessa was aimed at the cathedral, but says it intercepted the sites that were being used by Ukraine to “prepare terrorist acts” against Moscow.
It is recalled that this attack takes place one day after the pro-Russian authorities in the Crimea region had Ukraine accused of carrying out a drone attackwhich caused the explosion of an ammunition depot on this Ukrainian peninsula illegally annexed by Moscow in 2014.
It should be noted that these russian attacks against the city of Odessa have been intensify after Moscow decided to suspend its participation in the Black Sea grain export agreement at the beginning of last week.
