The rapid growth in supplies abroad is explained not by the progress of the radio-electronic industry, but by the nuances of statistical accounting: 95% of these export volumes are formed thanks to the supply of air defense systems, experts say. Civilian products do not exceed 5% of the declared export volume of radio electronics, experts close to the Ministry of Industry and Trade say.
Air defense complexes are the most complex electronic devices, the Ministry of Industry and Trade explains: “They consist of radio electronic systems, which in general form a radio-electronic object that solves air defense tasks.”
