Russian Sadulaev became world champion in freestyle wrestling

Russian freestyle wrestler, Olympic champion Abdulrashid Sadulayev defeated American Kyle Snyder in the final of the World Wrestling Championship. The fight ended with a score of 6: 0. Sadulayev became a five-time world champion.

Bronze medals in freestyle wrestling competitions were won by Magomed Zakariyev from Ukraine and Iranian representative Mojtaba Golay. The championship will finish in full on October 10.

Abdulrashid Sadulayev received a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, also defeating Kyle Snyder in a bout.
