SAP: Employees rate the board poorly

Düsseldorf Strategy change, job cuts, austerity program: these are turbulent times for many SAP employees, despite the decent business development. The trust of the workforce in the board around Christian Klein has dropped significantly in recent months – and in the head office the skepticism is particularly great.

Many employees rate SAP as an attractive employer. However, only 65 percent worldwide agreed with the statement “I have complete trust in the Management Board”, nine percentage points less than a year earlier.

At the headquarters in Germany, the top management gets even worse grades. Less than half (47 percent) of those surveyed at the parent company SAP SE express their full trust in the Executive Board. According to Handelsblatt information, this emerges from data that the group collected in April and recently published on the intranet.
