Sarah Rasines this Saturday at noon she was the protagonist, at the Casa de Cultura de Girona, of a new session of the experimental music cycle El Generador, which is celebrating its fifth edition this year. The sound and visual artist offered a delicate combination of sounds made with walkmans, cassettes and other basic machines.
Based in Burgos, Sarah Rasines is a sound and visual artist, graduated in fine arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Sant Carles of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Combines artistic creation with cultural management and doctoral research at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of the Basque Country, where he has been an active part of the Ikersoinu research group (sound research and artistic space). His work focuses on temporal processes and experimental media.
The fifth edition of the El Generador cycle, which started last September in Banyoles with the proposal of Eloi the Good Boywill continue next November 25 with the Galician Patxi Valerawhich will offer an experimental show designed for family audiences in the Viader Auditorium of the Casa de Cultura de Girona.
