In this context, SBI has launched a festive bonanza for home loan borrowers.
State Bank of India has specially developed these offers keeping in mind the diverse needs of buyers across various segments.
Also, SBI continues to strive to provide affordable housing to customers who dream of owning their own home.
Accordingly, SBI aims to provide affordable home loans to all prospective buyers this festive season.
Currently, SBI will offer up to 0.25% on home loans, 0.15% on top-up loans and 0.30% on property loans as part of the festive offer. The bank has further simplified the deal by waiving the processing fee for home loans till January 31, 2023.
Subsequently, the interest rate for new home loans and acquisitions will be 8.40% for buyers, while top-up loans for decorative items, renovation, home makeover will start from 8.80%.
Commenting on this, Dinesh Kara, Chairman, SBI, said, “SBI, a leader in home finance, is committed to making every Indian’s home dream a reality.
More than 28 lakh families are our customers in home loan. We are striving to realize the Prime Minister’s dream of a home for all,” he said.
