A celebration of athletic achievement and community dedication, the annual Clubsport Awards recognizing stars across the scottish Borders concluded last month. the awards, presented on December 18, 2025, honor individuals, teams, and organizations that have made significant contributions to sport at both the local and national levels.

The Clubsport network in the Borders comprises four key organizations – Berwickshire, Eildon, roxburgh, and Tweeddale – all integral to the Scottish Clubsport’s broader national framework. These groups,powered by dedicated volunteers from within the local sporting communities,play a crucial role in distributing grants and fostering the advancement of sporting projects throughout the region. Each year,they solicit nominations for outstanding performance,recognizing both athletes and the organizers who support them.

The Clubsport Awards encompass a wide range of categories, acknowledging diverse contributions to the sporting landscape. Honorees are selected for achievements in areas including Sports Personality of the Year, Special Achievement, Coach of the Year, Team of the Year, Club of the Year, and Service to Local Sport.
