This event, organized until July 27 in partnership with the regional council of Guelmim-Oued Noun, the provincial and municipal councils of Sidi Ifni and the Ifni Moubadarate association, coincides with the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the glorious Feast of the Throne and the 55th anniversary of the return of Sidi Ifni to the motherland.
The festival, the opening of which was chaired by the governor of the province of Sidi Ifni, Hassan Sadki, aims to contribute to the development of the city of Sidi Ifni and to promote local products.
An exhibition of agricultural and craft products was inaugurated on this occasion with the aim of introducing local products and know-how, promoting the marketing of cooperative products and improving the income of players in the sector.
The agricultural products area, which extends over an area of 1,500 m², sees the participation of 80 exhibitors from several regions of the Kingdom who present various products, including honey, argan tree, couscous, saffron and agricultural products. of cosmetics.
In the handicraft stand, around 66 cooperatives and associations exhibit products from wood engraving, traditional sewing, embroidery and silver jewelry.
The festival audience also enjoyed the camel racing and Tbourida shows.
The program for the 3rd edition of the festival includes the organization of artistic activities and competitions in basketball, beach soccer, beach volleyball, pétanque, archery, surfing, road races and fishing.
This event also includes the organization of a conference, a recitation competition of the Holy Quran, as well as a collective circumcision operation, a blood donation campaign, a multidisciplinary medical caravan, poetry readings and a carnival. .
