jpnn.comJAKARTA – Iwan Fals and his wife, Rosanna Listanto visited the South Jakarta Metro Police regarding the alleged counterfeiting of Indonesian founders (OI) four years ago or 2021 on Monday (3/2) night.
Head of South Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations Section Commissioner Nurma Dewi said in this case investigators examined seven witnesses.
“Witnesses have seven and all have been examined,” Nurma told reporters on Tuesday.
Nurma detailed the seven people, namely KS as the reporter, IB as a victim, SA, S, Il alias Iwan Fals as a witness, the wife of Iwan Fals was RL, and RE as reported.
Initially, Rosanna Listanto was told as chairman of the organization or fan association in the 2013-2021 period.
Then, the organization lost the deed so Rosanna asked Brother RE to search or make a copy of the deed.
“Therefore, from RE made a copy and then suggested to endorse the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Furthermore, from there the Ministry of Law and Human Rights came out which is now in the investigator as evidence,” Nurma said.
From the decree, IB’s initials who saw the copy felt uncontrolled, were not confirmed, or not discussed.
